Erling Ladewig Petersen
Erling Ladewig Peterson (1929 – 2000) was a historian and an educator. He was listed as a notable teacher of History in Marquis Who's Who.
Biography[edit | edit source]
Erling Ladewig Peterson, born to Ella Ladewig and Southwest Peterson in Copenhagen on 1st April 1929, became a Danish historian. He was famous for his teaching method and thus enjoyed great respect from his students. Ladewig suffered two strokes in the later part of his life and therefore marked by weakness since 1996 when he suffered the first stroke. On 25th June 2000, Ladewig succumbed to his weakness after the second stroke had deprived him of speech.
