Ali Nazari Monfared was born in 1947 in Qum. He was one of the most famous advisors of Islamic studies.

- Completed primary education and entered Islamic seminary of Qum in 1340
- After Completing the introductory courses, he traveled to Najaf and returned to Iran and the city of Qom and completed the religious educations in 1347/1346
