Frederic Maatouk is a researcher at the Beirut branch, formerly Dean of the Institute for Social Sciences at the Lebanese University and doctoral supervisor at the Institute. His publications include Introduction to the Sociology of Tradition and Foundations of Authority West/East: A Socio-Cognitive Approach.[1]
