Kamran Scot Aghaie (born December 8, 1967) is a historical expert and Associate Professor — Ph.D in University of California, Los Angeles. His primary research interests are about Islamic studies, Shi'ism, modern Iranian and Middle Eastern history; and secondly is: world history, historiography, religious studies, nationalism, gender studies and economic history.
