One of the most important techniques which can be used in curtain storytelling is the Ma'rekeh (Juggler-displaying) speech. Learning from his father, Morshed Sadeghipour has much to offer in terms of ways of performing encomiums, prayer-reciting, sermons, singing [http://www.iranicaonline.org/articles/gazal-parent Qazals] (lyrical poems) and Chavoshikhani (Tiding-singing), which are kinds of religious rituals or Ma'arekeh performances.
During his narration Morshed Sadeghipour attempts to use the curtain in its entirety, which is why his audience is faced with great variety in performance based on characteristics of each of the faces on the curtain and the various details of the stories are acted out with the help of the cane and body movements in beautiful meaningful expressions. All this in addition to his being well-informed result in an exceptional performance.
==Narration==
Morshed Ali Sadeghipour while introducing the curtain uses many references to subsidiary stories but the main story is that of the «Daughter of Abdollah Amer». Abdollah desires a child in his old age, and God gives him a daughter whom he names Hende. Hende's beauty becomes famous and the cruel ruler wants to possess her, but Abdollah out for fear of enemy, gives his daughter to [[ʿAli ibn Abi Talib|Imam Ali]] the first Imam of the [[Shiʿa|Shi'ites]]. However, she falls into the hands of [[Yazid]] during an event. After a while the events of [[Karbala]] have happened, leading to the [[martyrdom]] of [[Hussain ibn Ali|Imam Hussain]]. Hende prays to God to be gotten rid from the hands of Yazid, and also to see the children of Imam Ali who were taken prisoner.
